My day was spent combing over PEK's BFS and jesus what a crock of piss taking that is. It's partly my naivety but I would think something like a BFS/FS has to be decently legit.
Their forecasts of pricing which they loosely based it upon are nuts 2023 $160 ndpr/kg with a top of $260/kg by 2030 though I really really want them to be true haha.
Their opex from their 2017 to their current one changes drastically in some stages like opex per treo/kg from a high of $31/kg down to $9.50.
Some how they went from a pre Tax Npv of $930mil (selling a separated product) to $1.5bil selling a MREC somehow Indicating a 80% playability.....
All in all the more if these FS I read in this sector opens my eyes to how badly retail get fingered.

It makes sense in theory, but hasn't played out - perhaps because tech has taken such a beating (and was pretty overvalued).
WEBS (triple leveraged of the DOW tech stocks and a friend/foe of mine) has outperformed on 1 year - WEBS 156% vs TZA 46% gains.
Can't find SNAS for NASDAQ comparator as easily.
I’d say the drivers for the downturn on each is different. In general terms NASDAQ was down based off future earnings where the Russel 2000 was based on down turn on current earnings.
If I’m right then it’s a timing (finding the inflection point) where current risk is larger than future risk. But then again I own IMU so I’d not trust my opinion to much.
