This is cool! In the last year I only read a few… Counterfeit, Nudge, Majesty, Rivals, Deconstructed, Effortless, Less, Beartown. What an interesting idea.

Gail Carriger’s Parasol Protectorate is all 1 word but it’s paranormal steampunk with a dash of romance. It’s a niche
Horseman by Christina Henry is a horror sequel to Sleepy Hollow
Jackal by Erin Abrams was quite good
Hide by Kiersten White was creepy fun

This is such an awesome take on reading challenges. Here are some of my favorite one-word title books -
Kindred by Octavia Butler
Coma by Robin Cook
Heard really nice reviews from friends about Babel by R.F Kuang.
Happy reading, fren <3
If you haven’t already read the Divergent series then you could knock out 3 books unless you are counting series as one book, other than that I recently picked up Haunted by Chuck Palahniuk and absolutely loved Horseman by Christina Henry
Adding onto this after glancing at my bookshelves:
The Scythe Series includes 4 books (Scythe, Thunderhead, The Toll, and Gleanings)
A few Stephen King books also include 1 word, Examples: Carrie, Cujo, Later, Joyland, etc.
Recently picked up Mary by Nat Cassidy
Manhunt by Gretchen Felker-Martin
Ring by Koji Suzuki
Edit: Woom by Duncan Ralston is really good but also pretty disgusting, short read as well at 129 pages
Dune? Shogun? 1984? Imajica? If you’re looking for recommendations, I’d recommend those.
That’s pretty cool idea though, one word titles. Does the word “the “ count? Like The Stand? Or The Road?

I’m just trying to get away having a goal that is solely around number of books read. I’m trying to slow down a little.
I thought I would struggle to find books but my TBR list is packed with candidates. It will help to thin out the herd a little.
I’m also not super obsessed with ‘only’ reading single word titles, I’m just interested to see how far I can get
This is super cool. Like other commenters, I also went through my read list to find one word titles.
Sabriel by Garth Nix (the first of a trilogy that all have one word titles)
Horns by Joe Hill
Emma by Jane Austen
Also Dreamcatcher - it's a long one and kind of polarizing, but I actually quite liked it!
((Can't recommend Misery enough though, it's one of my top Stephen King books that I've read so far!))

Lolita / Nabokov
Flamer / mike Curato
Rook / Daniel O’Malley
Unimpressed / Miranda Traccia
Hatchet / Gary Paulsen
Daydreamer / Ian McEwan

I don’t think this is StoryGraph. StoryGraph has three books in the logo and this one has four.
Oh good catch, thanks!
Robin Cook has almost exclusively single word titles.
Wool?
Read Wool last year. Loved it!
No series then?
The _Divergent_ trilogy (a personal fav of mine!)
Unless the series all had one word titles! The Abhorsen series by Garth Nix all have one word titles. Sabriel, Lirael, and Abhorsen. Edit: the Wool trilogy also has one word titles (Wool/Shift/Dust).
I read Wool last year (which is why I read sand this year) but will probably tick off the other Silo books this year.
Some single word titles on my TBR: Dracula Middlemarch Moby-Dick Dune Passing Killingly Commonwealth 1984 (does this count?) Slaughterhouse-Five Nightbitch Betty Hester Circe Emma Middlesex
I came to Say Nightbitch, Betty, Lapvona and Bunny
All of Mary Roaches are single word titles I think! And the best non fiction reads!
