Sounds like another Esposito theta situation. Comes with certain parts of the airstriker but not in its entirety.
At least in this Revernova it makes sense, you can just mount the barrel on the portanova gun.

Don't the P-Bandai kits have a ton of extra parts though?
Yes every kit has extras from the part sets they use but this comes with a parts set that goes completely unused in the main build
