New Legends of Tomorrow Trailer Reveals Jonah Hex and Talia al Ghul

Jonah Hex as seen in the new Legends of Tomorrow trailer

What Do You Think of the New Legends of Tomorrow Trailer?

This year’s WonderCon has brought us many pieces of exciting news and trailers, including the new trailer for the second half of the first season of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. And it is thrilling indeed!

If you don’t remember, two weeks ago we left things in the 8th episode of the series with quite a bit of drama. The crew has gone back in time to Oregon in 1958, and naturally, weird things happen to them – they investigate a murder, are attacked by humanoid, bird-like creatures, are abducted and delivered to Savage, infected with some kind of disease, and then cured. But, after the arrival of Chronos, the Waverider quickly leaves, stranding Ray, Sara, and Kendra in 1958.

Now, if you watch the trailer, you’ll see that there will be some new faces on the show. First up, we see the gang in the Wild West, where they will meet Jonah Hex. Hex is an antihero, a bounty hunter whose face is horribly scarred on the right side. Although he is an antihero, he follows his personal code of honor to protect and avenge the innocent.

Another thing that awaits us in the upcoming episodes is Nanda Parbat (a hidden city somewhere in Tibet, a place of healing and enlightenment), where they will happen upon the Al Ghul family, Ra’s and Talia. As you may already know from the comics and the movies, Ra’s is one of Batman’s greatest enemies, being the leader of the League of Assassins, and the grandfather of Bruce’s son Damian. He is usually connected to the stories about the Lazarus Pits, which restores the dead to life. Talia, on the other hand, is Bruce’s on-and-off romance interest, and the mother of his child. She is sometimes depicted as an antihero, and sometimes as a villain. We’ll just have to wait and see what kind of Talia awaits us in the show.
